The book arrived in superb condition and surprisingly early, well ahead of my expectations. In fact, it arrived so swiftly that I didn’t even need to consult my order email to check the shipment date before finding it on my front porch. Barnes and Noble’s efficiency exceeded my expectations, making for a delightful experience.

I placed an order for two books, and Barnes and Noble did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the delivery dates. They even notified me when one of the books had a changed delivery date. However, to my pleasant surprise, both books arrived earlier than the initially determined delivery date. Even more unexpected was that they both arrived on the same day, and both were in impeccable condition with minimal to no damage. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with their service. Great job, Barnes and Noble!

The book arrived promptly, which I appreciated. However, I do wish there had been a “DO NOT BEND” label on the package. Unfortunately, the post office folded it in half to fit it into my mailbox. While the book is a relatively thin trade paperback and can be flattened under a weight, it was still frustrating to receive it in such a condition.

I’m impressed with Barnes & Noble’s swift delivery service and the frequent email updates keeping me informed about my shipment’s progress. It’s always a pleasure doing business with them. In fact, I was so pleased with my recent experience that I’ve already placed another order with them!

It took me forever to find all the older Panic! At The Disco albums on vinyl. I went down a rabbit hole to find a reputable seller/company who had them, and that’s how I found that B&N had this album in particular. Panic! At The Disco is so embedded into my soul, that it’s definitely a fever I can’t sweat out 😉

After stumbling upon an intriguing newspaper opinion piece, I decided to delve deeper into the author’s works by typing their name into the Barnes and Noble search bar. To my delight, I discovered two of their books with stellar reviews. Without hesitation, I added them to my cart, along with two additional titles by different authors that caught my eye during the search. Excitedly, I placed my order, eagerly anticipating the arrival of these literary treasures.

Since my children were in elementary school, we’ve been regulars at the Barnes and Noble in Newport News, VA. It’s been a journey of nurturing their love for reading while navigating the challenge of budgeting for their book purchases – a challenge we often exceeded, truth be told. But through it all, our visits became cherished family outings that spanned their high school and college years. Witnessing my son achieve his PhD and my daughter earn her Master’s degree has been a source of immense pride.

Now, as a grandparent, I continue the tradition by taking my grandchildren to Barnes and Noble. Even my granddaughter, who lives in Maryland, receives gift cards for her parents to indulge her love for books. Though the staff has changed over the years, their dedication to answering children’s questions and helping them find the perfect book remains steadfast. This level of service has always made my children feel valued and empowered in their choices.

To Barnes and Noble, I express my heartfelt gratitude for being a cornerstone of our family’s reading journey. Thank you for fostering a love for books that spans generations.

The online book purchase process went smoothly. However, the book arrived packaged in a cardboard box without any wrapping and was left exposed on my porch during heavy rain. Consequently, the box fell apart when lifted. Fortunately, the book remained dry, but it could have been damaged if left outside for a little longer. I suggest that B&N consider using recyclable packaging for shipping books to prevent such issues in the future.

Thankfully, the books were vacuum-sealed in plastic, as the shipping box was oversized and poorly cushioned with inadequate air packs. Consequently, the books shifted during transit, resulting in a severely battered box. Upon delivery by USPS, one entire end of the box was gaping open, though only the corners of the two large hardback books I ordered were slightly bent. Given that these are intended as Christmas presents, I had hoped for them to arrive in pristine condition. In the future, I may opt for in-store pickup if the option is available. Nonetheless, aside from the packaging issue, the ordering process was smooth, and delivery surprisingly arrived four days earlier than expected.

Barnes & Noble has provided me with excellent customer support, both in person and via telephone/email. They have taken the issues with my orders seriously and provided very reasonable solutions. When I went to pick up the order in question, I was also greeted with a complementary Starbucks voucher. Little details, but from start to finish, B&N Customer support was excellent, thanks!!
